About Us
The Recovery Shift is an online store for people whose job keeps them on their feet: nurses, CNAs, chefs and line cooks, servers, stylists, retail and warehouse crews.
Why we started
Recovery gear is usually marketed to athletes. But a 12-hour shift on hospital tile or a kitchen floor can be just as demanding as a training day — and the people working those shifts rarely have time for long recovery routines. We wanted one place to find simple tools that fit into the 10 to 30 minutes you actually have after clocking out.
What we do
- We curate. We select a small range of at-home relaxation products — compression, heat, cold and sleep tracking — and write plain-English descriptions with the specifications you need to decide.
- We ship from the US. Our products are fulfilled by our supplier partners from warehouses in the United States, with free shipping on every order to US addresses.
- We answer. Every message to customer_support@therecoveryshift.com gets a reply from a real person within one business day.
- We keep returns simple. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. See our refund policy for the details.
What we don't do
We don't sell medical devices, and we don't make medical claims. Our products are intended for relaxation and general wellness only. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or use an electronic implant, please talk to your doctor before using any product from our store.
