Shipping policy

FREE US SHIPPING ON EVERY ORDER
Every product in our store ships free of charge to all 50 US states from US-based warehouses.

 

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

 

DELIVERY TIME
Typical delivery is 2–6 business days after processing, depending on the product and your location. Each product page shows its estimated shipping window.

Please note: during peak periods (holidays, major sales) processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. If a delay affects your order, we'll email you proactively.

 

ORDER TRACKING
Every order includes a tracking number, sent by email when your package leaves the warehouse. If your tracking hasn't updated within 3 business days of shipment, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier the same business day.

 

ADDRESS CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Need to change your address or cancel? Email us at customer_support@therecoveryshift.com as soon as possible. We can modify or cancel any order that hasn't yet been processed. Once an order has shipped, we can no longer redirect it, but our 30-Day Comfort Guarantee still applies.

 

WRONG, DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — at no cost to you.

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
At this time we ship to US addresses only (including APO/FPO where the carrier allows). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii or US territories for oversized items; eligibility is shown at checkout.
